Warehouse Assistant


Location: Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand
Work Type: Part time

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team and become a vital part of our supply chain process.

The role:
You will responsible for setting up and managing a well-organized warehouse to facilitate the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of our boutique products within tight timelines. You will be using latest softwares and systems, and be liaising with other team members to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and to a high brand standard.

Start Monday 21st January, 2019

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Hands-on pick & pack dispatch requirements to meet deadlines for courier collection
  • Inventory management including inventory receipting, order processing, inward and outward goods
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure stock management processes are robust and in sync with our stock management system CIN7 and other software
  • Product assembly and packaging requirements  
  • Warehouse space utilisation and flow management
  • High quality assurance of goods for dispatch
  • Planning and scheduling of workload

Your skills and experience:

  • Fast worker and highly motivated
  • High level of accuracy 
  • Dexterous and skilled with your hands
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn quickly the various softwares specific to our industry
  • Highly organised to manage the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods 
  • Eye for detail and ability to quality control
  • A focus on improving internal systems to ensure efficient and accurate flow of goods
  • Ability to manage time, use initiative and be a proactive problem solver 
  • Must have NZ residency
